About the California Conference for Women

The California Conference for Women is the newest addition to the Conferences for Women, the nation’s largest network of women’s conferences, which also holds annual events in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Massachusetts. The mission of The Conferences for Women is to promote, communicate and amplify the influence of women in the workplace and beyond. At our annual nonpartisan, nonprofit conferences, we bring together thousands of active professionals to connect, renew, and find inspiration in community.

We are committed to helping close the pay gap, eliminate gender discrimination and achieve parity in company leadership and on corporate boards. We inspire the next generation through partnerships with youth programs and local nonprofit organizations.

The Conferences for Women harness the collective wisdom, experience and energy of inspirational women and men of all ages and backgrounds in service of our values: supporting and giving back to our growing nationwide community.

The California Conference for Women is a 501(c)3 organization (Tax ID# 84-4171555) and is not affiliated with the Watermark Conference. Meet our volunteer board members.
