Virtual Event Attendee Privacy Policy
This discloses the privacy practices for attendees of the 2022 Virtual Career Fair and 2022 California Conference for Women.
Both the 2022 Virtual Career Fair and the California Conference for Women will be hosted by our vendor, 6Connex. Their privacy policy is here. Please note the use of attendee information provided for each event as follows:
Virtual Career Fair: All information provided by attendee in their profile will be shared with event employers. Profile information and resume (if provided) can be used by participating employers to for recruiting purposes and/or to contact attendee pre and post event. Attendee’s information can also be used by the Conferences for Women for marketing purposes.
California Conference for Women: Attendee’s information can be used by the Conferences for Women for marketing purposes, but is not shared with exhibitors or sponsors UNLESS the attendee “swipes” their badge within an exhibit booth. Badge swipes include, but are not limited to entering a drawing, signing up for newsletters, or actively introducing yourself to an exhibitor.
