MARY-JANE STROM is a seasoned nonprofit executive and experienced outdoor program leader, currently serving as Interim CEO of Girl Scouts of Northern California (GSNorCal). Previously, she held key positions at GSNorCal, including Chief Mission Delivery Officer, Chief Program Officer, Senior Director of Program and Outdoor Program, and Senior Director of Camps and Adventure. With over 20 years of leadership experience in youth development and Girl Scouts, she oversees a dedicated team impacting over 40,000 youth and adults annually across Northern California’s 19-county region.
