Rachel Scott

RACHEL SCOTT is Vice President, Order to Cash at Cohesity. Scott often wears multiple hats, needing to shift between the varying priorities of the multiple stakeholders that she supports. Her key to success in work and life is demonstrating empathy in all interactions.  While this helps her tremendously in supporting teams at work, empathy is especially important to her as a mom of a special needs son. Her son’s strength and resiliency inspires her every day.  Scott has held previous finance and operations leadership roles at Blue Yonder, Hewlett Packard and Oracle Corporation.  She started her career in assurance at KPMG and earned a certified public accountant license. Scott holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Sacramento State University.  Scott lives in Fair Oaks, California with her husband, their 18 year old son and his service dog, where they all enjoy exercising along the American River bike trail. @cohesity
