Volunteer
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the California Conference for Women! Your help is essential to making this year’s March 1 In-Person event a success.
Volunteers who help set up the day before the event will receive a pass to the Conference In-Person on 3/1. And all volunteers (both for 2/28 and 3/1) will receive a ticket to the online Virtual Conference taking place on 3/2.
Please carefully read through the information below, and if you would like to volunteer your time on Wednesday, March 1st, reach out directly to Volunteer Coordinator Amy Blankenbiller at [email protected]. (Feb. 28 volunteer slots are now full.)
*There are very limited volunteer duties available this year and available slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. There will only be one shift per day, and volunteers should plan to be on site for a full day regardless of which date you are assigned. Due to the limited number of volunteer slots, we cannot accommodate part-day shifts this year.
Available Shifts:
Day of Conference
Estimated time: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Expected duties:
- Checking badges

- Other tasks as needed
NOTE: All volunteers will be able to sit in the main keynote session and see the speakers. In addition, all volunteers will get a break during the lunch as well. There will, however, still be a lot of walking and standing.
