I benefited greatly from this conference. It was my first one. So I wasn’t sure going into it what I would get out of it. I got so much from it! Not only did I learn a lot, but I was inspired a lot from the speakers and the participants. I feel reenergized in my career journey, and I now feel a passion to be a mentor. It’s only been one day and I have already started sharing what I learned. I also formed new connections. Great experience that I will take with me forever. Thank you!

This was my first year attending the conference and it was an amazing experience. I think each speaker taught me something different not only about myself, but also how I can take this information and benefit those around me. I think every breakout session and every keynote was impactful in different ways, and I see an immense benefit to everyone who attends.

It is wonderful to see and hear from women in leadership roles as a norm — instead of an exception like in many other conferences.

The keynote speakers represented such diversity of background, experience, and views. I brought my team of women to this event and they said it gave them a much-needed boost during challenging times.

This was my first experience and I would say all women on earth should attend this conference.

I was grateful that my company bought a couple of tables so we could experience the Conference together which helped amplify the level of inspiration.

I was not expecting to come out so uplifted! I felt like I walked away with a new perspective on myself and on how I can move forward.

As a leader it energized me and reminded me why I became a leader in the first place.

I ended up in tears listening to some of the speakers–their stories were so inspirational and inspiring. I also was able to network with more than a dozen people who I genuinely feel were great connections in my career.

As a first time attendee, and male, I didn’t know what to expect. Hearing the vulnerability and success from so many tremendous women far exceeded my expectations. I feel even more empowered to be an ally and advocate.
