ANNA DAPELO-GARCIA is a recognized leader with a master of public administration from the University of San Francisco and a BA from Saint Mary’s College. She was honored as a Woman of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal and received the Woman of the Year award from Women’s Health Care Executives for her impact on healthcare. Dapelo-Garcia founded Lean In Latinas, a nonprofit elevating Latina leadership, and has been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, NPR, and CNBC for her advocacy. She has served as vice chair and board member for the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley and the University of San Francisco. In 2018, she received the Top Latino Leaders Award and joined the Santa Clara County Women’s Equality 2020 Leadership Council. Currently, as DEI senior manager at Stanford Health Care, Dapelo-Garcia champions diversity, equity, and inclusion to build an equitable community.
