Aykezar Adil

AYKEZAR ADIL is a junior scientist in DNA sequencing research at Roche. She served on the Silicon Valley Roche women in leadership steering committee, joining a Scrum team for department engagement during the COVID shutdown, and drives collaborations among departments she has worked for. When not suited up in the lab, Adil volunteers with the Uyghur Cultural Advancement Association, in pursuit of cultural preservation, and bringing awareness to the Uyghurs of East Turkistan. At the age of 5, she immigrated with her parents to the Bay Area and continues to live there today with a couple of her best friends. If not in a sequencing lab or cozied up with a book in bed,  you can find her whipping up new recipes in the kitchen, setting it up on the volleyball court, or exploring the forests of California. Adil received a BS in human biology from U.C. Santa Cruz. @roche
