CLAIRE GRAY is vice president, people & communities at Cisco Systems responsible for leading the global compensation group. Cisco is a worldwide technology leader with ~85,000 employees in ~100 countries. Gray joined Cisco in 2013 to modernize the compensation group practices and develop custom, dynamic solutions as the firm undergoes significant business model transformation creating a broadened product portfolio bolstered by increased software recurring revenue. During her tenure, the team has built an agile data analytics platform, launched myriad new compensation, incentive, equity, and recognition plans and programs. They forged a well-established business comp design capability and a ‘direct-to-expert’ channel for leader comp consulting.
