Cynthia Stokley

CYNTHIA STOKLEY, a graduate of North Carolina Central University, joined Bayer Crop Science in April 2017 and currently serves as Vice President of Quality North America and Interim VP of NA Parent Seed Production.

In this role, Cynthia and her teams are responsible for product supply quality and availability of row crop and crop protection products to market, as well as enabling a high-quality product pipeline by reliably increasing products from breeding hand-offs to commercial production. Previously, she worked at BASF holding a number of positions in the area of Quality, Stewardship & Supply Chain as well as leading the region in Inclusion & Diversity initiatives.

Cynthia has extensive experience in Inclusion and Diversity and has been instrumental in creating an atmosphere where diversity is embraced and accepted. She currently sits on: the Bayer US Executive I&D Council, National MANRRS Advisory Board and was selected as a 2021 St. Louis YWCA Women in the Workplace Award Winner.
