SIRMA TZOUTZOVA is the regional vice president for Fidelity Private Wealth Management, leading advisory teams in the Southwest who work with clients and their families to navigate the complexities of intergenerational wealth. Prior to her leadership role, she spent over 20 years as a financial planner and advisor in Silicon Valley, CA. Originally from Sofia, Bulgaria, Tzoutzova is passionate about empowering both clients and advisors on the path of cultivating personal wealth so that they could achieve their lifelong dreams. She is the regional co-lead and founder of the Fidelity Pride Employee Resource Group advancing the interests of LGBTQ+ associates. She is also an active member of the Fidelity Women’s Leadership Group. In her free time, Tzoutzova focuses on yoga and meditation practice and is a certified yoga teacher. She and her wife and two children love traveling and adventuring around the US and all over the world.
